Exchange of Wedding Vows
Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be.
- Robert Browning
To my beloved I have loved you from the very first day I met you. As love has grown so has our devotion and commitment to each other. I take you in my heart to have and to hold for a lifetime. As God shines down on us on this lovely day. I promise to honor, cherish, and love you in each and everyday. As we stand hand in hand before God and all, we are committed from this day forth in sickness and health and for better or worse may God send his blessing upon us. May we be showered with a life time of happiness as we begin our journey through life together as one.
To infinity and beyond!
The VowsWow, the vows, yeah. The vows. The whole point of the ceremony. The options are endless really. There are traditional vows, variations on the traditional vows, the ones that you hear on TV or in the movies. Songs that sound like the perfect vows, the vows from the heart that you write and speak yourself.
Most of the time, couples just want the basics. Nothing wrong with that. Nothing at all. There is something incredibly romantic about your turn to speak those vows. You have been playing over and over in your head yourself speaking those vows.... sigh. I want to provide options for you to look at, think about, daydream over. |
