Get Married At the Hendricks County Clerk The clerk's or judges at the Hendricks County Courthouse no longer perform civil ceremonies in the office. If you didn't know that, no worries! You would assume you can get married at the courthouse. They stopped about 10 years ago. No worries! We can still meet you at the Hendricks County Courthouse and perform a simple civil ceremony. They have a big table in the lobby we can sit at and sign the marriage license, or as in the picture above, some couples are a little more dressed up. It is a gorgeous building! During the spring, summer, and autumn, we usually perform short ceremonies outside. Our Mobile Civil Ceremony services are specifically to meet you at the courthouse or to come to your home to sign your license and have a simple "I do." The Fee is $180. If you want to save $80, you can come to our office in downtown Indianapolis on Monument Circle. We offer civil ceremonies for $100 by appointment Monday-Friday from 8:30-5. Formal Elopements and Small Weddings in Hendricks County  Our mobile civil ceremony services are our most practical services offering a convenient way to get legally married. The locations are limited to the area around the Hendricks County Courthouse or your home or office. BUT! There are so many other beautiful places in and around Hendricks county to get married! It can still be just the two of you for a more formal elopement or maybe you want to be surrounded by family and friends. Your backyard, a local park or gazebo, restaurant or small venue.
