Justice of the Peace Weddings in Indy!
Justice of the Peace-Style Weddings in Indianapolis
Simple Civil Ceremonies available every day in our office or at your location.
Get Married In Our Office in Downtown Indy!
We provide quick and easy, basic, legal wedding ceremonies in our office every day! If you just picked up your marriage license, or if you already have it and are looking for someone to marry you, we would be happy to help!
We are not an actual Justice of the Peace. We know most people think that they can just go to the Justice of the Peace for a civil ceremony. Unfortunately, you can't do that any more. Judges in Indiana do not provide marriage services during regular business hours. We are professional wedding officiants, and we are happy to marry you during business hours or evenings and weekends!
Our office is located in Circle Tower on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. We are a short walk from the City-County Building and the Marion County Clerk's office.
If you live in a different county, no worries! If you live in Indiana, you must obtain your marriage license in your own county, but then you can get married anywhere in Indiana. We regularly have couples who come from all over Indiana to get married. Coming from outside of Indiana? You can obtain your marriage license from the Marion County Clerk and get married in our office.
Our fee is $100 M-F from 8:30-5.
We are available on the evenings and weekends of just $150.
We are available by appointment every day with walk-ins welcome Fridays from 8:30-5.
Same-Day appointments available.
We Can Come Marry You At Your Location!
Not everyone wants to come downtown to get married. No problem! We can come to you! Our mobile wedding officiant service is available by appointment every day - with same-day appointments available.
Our mobile civil ceremonies are available in Marion and Hamilton County for $125
Johnson, Hancock, and Hendricks County - $150. We can meet you at your home or clerk's office!
