We have a business office near the Marion County Clerk to make civil ceremonies quick and easy. But if you are already at home with your marriage license, getting back downtown might be more difficult . You may already have your marriage license but, for whatever reason, driving back downtown is just not convenient. Maybe you don't want to find a babysitter, or maybe you are just not able to leave your house right now. (Or without permission.)

If your marriage license was issued in Marion County, we'll even return the license for you in person, obtain 2 certified copies and mail them to you! You REALLY don't need to drive downtown at all!

No problem! We are full service wedding officiants performing all sorts of wedding ceremonies throughout the Indianapolis area. Fees for small weddings and formal elopements at your location start at just $150. We also perform personalized formal wedding ceremonies.
You can still choose to get married in our office.
For some couples, having a place to go to get married is what they want and need. We have simple civil ceremonies in our office available every day. It can be just the two of you or you can bring up to 8 witnesses.

No Problem! We travel to the Johnson, Hendricks, and Hancock County Clerk to marry you for just $150.
Hamilton County? Your fee is $125.
These counties do not include us returning your marriage license. We can meet you right at the clerk's office to make it easier for you.
Mobile Civil Ceremonies are performed by Victoria Meyer. If Victoria is not available, Peter Meyer will be your officiant. All Civil Ceremonies are completely non-religious. If you prefer a male officiant, please ask for availability when booking.

Courthouse Weddings In Indiana
Courthouse weddings are still available in Indiana, it's just not a member of the court performing your wedding ceremony. If you are looking for the convenience of getting your marriage license and getting married in one stop, you can hire us to meet you at the clerk' s office when you are getting your marriage license, we'll sign it, perform a quick ceremony, and you are done! If it's a nice day, we can marry you outside or in a local park.
Our fee to travel to Franklin is $150. We can meet you at the courthouse or in the Johnson County Area for that same price. If you already have your marriage license, we can come right to your home and marry you there!
$150 price is for simple civil ceremonies, elopements and small weddings. If you are getting married in a formal wedding venue in Johnson County - the prices start at $250.
We offer a less expensive option in our office. We have $100 Civil Ceremonies in our office on Monument Circle Monday-Friday from 8:30-5 (during regular clerk's hours.) For some couples it is worth it to have us just come to you. Others enjoy a day or night out in Indianapolis. You have choices!
Johnson County Marriage License Information
The Johnson County Clerk does not have an immediate turn around time for your marriage license. They will issue the marriage license, we can marry you right away, you can file the marriage license immediately, but they will not issue you the certified copy in person. Their policy is to mail them. You are legally married as of the time we sign the license, you just won't have the certified copies proving your are legally marred for several days.

Are you planning a quick elopement in Hamilton County, Indiana? We want to help you make the process as quick and easy as possible!
Please be aware that the Hamilton County Marriage Clerk's marriage license process is different from most clerks in Indiana. The Hamilton County Clerk issues marriage licenses by appointment only, so you need to plan ahead. You can schedule a virtual or in-person appointment.
If you are planning ahead, the virtual appointment works really well for busy couples. You can fill out the application online, schedule a virtual appointment to complete the process, and they will mail you your marriage license. After you are married, you can mail the completed license back and they will mail you certified copies. You never have to leave the house or even take time off from work.
You can schedule an in-person appointment, receive the marriage license immediately, get married, file the license, and they will issue certified copies right away. You just need to plan ahead to make the appointment.

Full disclosure - it is possible to schedule an appointment with the magistrate in Hamilton County to get married. It's one of the only places in Indiana you can do this. The magistrate is not always available and you will need to plan ahead. Hiring a wedding officiant is easier and more dependable if you are in a hurry.

We have an office overlooking Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis. A lot of couples prefer to come to our professional office for their civil ceremony. It's a cute and easy place to get married. We have space for up to 8 witnesses to join you. 6 seated or 8 standing. We have a pink flower wall for pictures.
